Caribbean Latin Workshop: The only Dutch travel trade event since 2012, dedicated to the Caribbean & Latin America. ‘easy’ to meet a substantial number of travel professionals. In 2018 we added an extra edition in Belgium.
Strategy & goal: interactive communication between suppliers of travel products / destinations and Dutch/Belgium travel professionals to stimulate travel to the Caribbean & Latin America.
Tourist Board of the Dominican Republic: Since 2010, we have been assisting the tourist board in organizing events for the travel industry. Travel professionals and partner relations are invited. In consultation with the team of the Dominican Republic we discuss their wishes and ideas which we translate into a concept design, that once approved will be carried out jointly.
Strategy & goal: by offering visitors an unique Dominican Republic experience in a way that they will be positively influenced to book this destination more often.
Hotel association Cotelco Cartagena: In 2018 and 2019 we organized a marketplace for Cotelco for which we selected an elegant 5-star hotel in Amsterdam and an inspiring location in the Market Hall in Rotterdam. The invited travel professionals met with each hotel individually as well as KLM and the tourist boards of Cartagena and Colombia.
Strategy & goal: capitalizing on the expansion of KLM flights to Cartagena, the hotel association came to the Netherlands to attract more bookings from Dutch tourists.
